Go to My profile page and click on 'Bulk Upload EINs' link. In the "Upload Additional EINs" pop up, please click on the 'Excel/CSV' link to download the acceptable sample Excel or CSV file format. Be sure to use this template provided and pay particular attention to the Mandatory columns and detail restrictions
